Purpose
Unsaid is provided for lawful business use. This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited conduct and fair-use expectations that protect customers, employees, and the integrity of the platform.
Permitted use
You may use Unsaid to collect, organize, and review private customer feedback for your organization, subject to the Terms of Service and applicable law.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use Unsaid to:
- Unlawfully discriminate, retaliate, harass, or violate employee or customer rights
- Republish private customer observations publicly without lawful basis and authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or data
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the services
- Violate applicable privacy, employment, or consumer laws
- Abuse, overload, or circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security controls
- Submit malicious, deceptive, or automated traffic intended to degrade service quality
Fair use
To ensure reliable service for all customers, Unsaid may impose reasonable usage limits or require migration to a higher service tier if an account generates substantially greater usage than is typical for its subscribed plan or materially impacts platform performance.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy or the Terms of Service, and may report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities when required.
